Dear Diary,
Today is the day! We’re going to the Beresheet Hotel in Israel, and oh my gosh, I’m so excited! I’ve heard so many amazing things about this place. Mom and Dad kept it a surprise until yesterday. As we drove closer, I could see the unique buildings of the hotel spread out, reminding me of a magical village.
When we arrived, I was amazed! The buildings are not crammed together like in other hotels. It’s as if everyone gets their own little castle. We’re staying in a double room with a balcony and OMG Diary, we have a CRATER VIEW! I feel like a princess looking out over her kingdom.

Good morning, Diary!
Today started with the best thing ever – BREAKFAST! And it’s kosher, which makes Grandma happy. The choices were endless, and everything looked so yummy. The guest reviews weren’t lying when they rated it 8.9!
After breakfast, we went hiking in the Har HaNegev Nature Reserve. It’s so close to the hotel! The landscape here is like another planet. The canyons, the colors, the quietness, it’s so… majestic. We also spotted some beautiful birds and even saw a few mountain goats.
In the afternoon, we rented bicycles from the hotel. Cycling around the property was so fun. I saw some kids doing archery and decided I want to try that tomorrow.
Mom and Dad let me choose the evening activity. Guess what I picked? MOVIE NIGHT! They set up an outdoor screen, and we watched a classic under the stars. So cool.

Hello again, Diary!
Started the day with a splash! The hotel’s pool is just… WOW! I made a new friend too. Her name’s Ella, and she’s from Germany. We played in the pool for hours.
Mom booked a spa day for herself (I heard her saying something about a Turkish Bath and massage). So Dad and I decided to take a tennis class. I’ve never played tennis before, but now I think I might love it.
For dinner, we went to Rosemarine. The starters were delicious, but I kinda agree with that lady from Germany, Maximiliane, the main course was okay-ish. But, Diary, there was a fireplace inside and live music! I felt like I was in a fairy tale.

Goodbye, magical Beresheet Hotel.
I’m a bit sad to leave, Diary. This weekend was so special. I learned so many new things, made a new friend, and spent so much quality time with my family. As we checked out at 12 PM (such a generous checkout time, right?), I promised myself that I would come back one day.
