We&#8217;re going to the Beresheet Hotel in Israel, and oh my gosh, I\u2019m so excited! I\u2019ve heard so many amazing things about this place. Mom and Dad kept it a surprise until yesterday. As we drove closer, I could see the unique buildings of the hotel spread out, reminding me of a magical village.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When we arrived, I was amazed! The buildings are not crammed together like in other hotels. It\u2019s as if everyone gets their own little castle. We&#8217;re staying in a double room with a balcony and OMG Diary, we have a CRATER VIEW! I feel like a princess looking out over her kingdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Saturday_January_14_2023\"><\/span><em>Saturday, January 14, 2023<\/em><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Good morning, Diary!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today started with the best thing ever &#8211; BREAKFAST! And it&#8217;s kosher, which makes Grandma happy. The choices were endless, and everything looked so yummy. The guest reviews weren&#8217;t lying when they rated it 8.9!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After breakfast, we went hiking in the Har HaNegev Nature Reserve. It&#8217;s so close to the hotel! The landscape here is like another planet. The canyons, the colors, the quietness, it\u2019s so\u2026 majestic. We also spotted some beautiful birds and even saw a few mountain goats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the afternoon, we rented bicycles from the hotel. Cycling around the property was so fun. I saw some kids doing archery and decided I want to try that tomorrow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mom and Dad let me choose the evening activity. Guess what I picked? MOVIE NIGHT! They set up an outdoor screen, and we watched a classic under the stars. The hotel\u2019s pool is just\u2026 WOW! I made a new friend too. Her name&#8217;s Ella, and she&#8217;s from Germany. We played in the pool for hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mom booked a spa day for herself (I heard her saying something about a Turkish Bath and massage). So Dad and I decided to take a tennis class. I\u2019ve never played tennis before, but now I think I might love it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For dinner, we went to Rosemarine. The starters were delicious, but I kinda agree with that lady from Germany, Maximiliane, the main course was okay-ish. But, Diary, there was a fireplace inside and live music! I felt like I was in a fairy tale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Monday_January_16_2023\"><\/span><em>Monday, January 16, 2023<\/em><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Goodbye, magical Beresheet Hotel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019m a bit sad to leave, Diary. This weekend was so special. I learned so many new things, made a new friend, and spent so much quality time with my family.
